We currently deliver to the following regions in Ghana:

  • Greater Accra: All areas including Accra Central, Tema, Kasoa, Madina, Legon, East Legon, Spintex, Teshie, Nungua, and surrounding communities
  • Ashanti Region: Kumasi and major towns
  • Western Region: Takoradi, Sekondi, and surrounding areas
  • Central Region: Cape Coast, Winneba, and major towns
  • Eastern Region: Koforidua and accessible areas
  • Northern Regions: Tamale and select locations (contact us for availability)

📋 Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • Immediate order confirmation email
  • SMS notification with order number
  • Vendor confirmation within 2 hours (business hours)

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Dispatched same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Dispatched next business day
  • Weekend orders: Processed on Monday

Order Tracking

Track your order status:

  1. Log in to your POKBON account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click on your order number
  4. View real-time delivery status

💳 Payment & Delivery Options

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

  • ✅ Available in all delivery locations
  • ✅ Pay exact amount to delivery agent
  • ✅ No online payment required
  • ⚠️ Maximum COD limit: GHS 5,000 per order

2. Online Payment (Paystack)

Pay securely online with:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank Transfer

Benefit: Orders paid online are prioritized for faster processing!

3. Store Pickup

Collect your order from our pickup locations:

  • 📍 POKBON Hub - Kumasi (Coming Soon)

Note: FREE pickup available for all orders!

📞 Delivery Coordination

Before Delivery

Our delivery agent will contact you:

  • Phone call to confirm delivery address
  • Agree on convenient delivery time
  • Provide estimated arrival time

During Delivery

Important: Please inspect your package before accepting delivery!

  1. Check package for any visible damage
  2. Verify product quantity matches your order
  3. For COD: Pay exact amount to delivery agent
  4. Request delivery receipt
⚠️ Delivery Refusal

You have the right to refuse delivery if:

  • Package is visibly damaged
  • Product doesn't match your order
  • Wrong items delivered

🚫 Non-Deliverable Orders

Orders may not be delivered if:

  • Customer is unreachable after 3 contact attempts
  • Incorrect address provided (beyond correction)
  • Customer repeatedly reschedules delivery
  • Security concerns at delivery location

Failed Delivery Charges:

  • 1st failed attempt: FREE redelivery
  • 2nd failed attempt: GHS 20 redelivery fee
  • 3rd failed attempt: GHS 30 redelivery fee + possible cancellation

Unclaimed orders will be returned to the vendor after 7 days. Refund (if applicable) will be processed minus shipping costs.

We take package security seriously:

  • 🔒 All packages are sealed with POKBON security tape
  • 📸 Photo verification at key checkpoints
  • 📱 Real-time GPS tracking for deliveries
  • 🆔 ID verification for high-value orders
  • 📝 Signed delivery confirmation required
🛡️ Damage or Theft During Transit

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Do NOT accept the delivery
  2. Take photos of the damage

  4. We'll investigate and arrange replacement or refund

Delays may occur due to:
