Yes, the Starter tier is 100% free — forever! There's no catch. We make money when you make sales, so it's in our interest to help you succeed. The free tier gives you full access to our product catalog and basic support. You can upgrade to Pro or Elite anytime for additional benefits, but it's completely optional.
It's simple: You see a product in our catalog for GH₵100 (reseller price). You post it on your social media for GH₵150 (your selling price). A customer pays you GH₵150. You keep GH₵50 as profit and place the order with us for GH₵100. We ship directly to your customer. You never touch the product!
Not at all! Most of our successful resellers started with zero business experience. We provide comprehensive training on how to take great product photos, write compelling descriptions, and market effectively on social media. Our community is also incredibly supportive.
We have a fair return policy. If a product is defective or damaged during shipping, we handle the replacement at no extra cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, we work with you on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to protect both you and your customers.
For products in our Ghana warehouse, delivery takes 1-3 business days within Greater Accra and 3-5 days to other regions. For made-to-order or imported items, we'll provide specific timelines. Pro and Elite members get priority shipping.
Currently, our shipping network covers all 16 regions of Ghana. International shipping is available for Elite members on a case-by-case basis. We're actively expanding our reach and will announce new delivery zones soon!
