1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the POKBON Marketplace Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms and any updates provided.
2. Enrollment in the Program
- To join, you must complete the online affiliate application form.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of POKBON Marketplace. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications without providing justification.
3. Affiliate Obligations
- Affiliates must promote POKBON Marketplace truthfully and ethically.
- Affiliates cannot use misleading claims, spam, or engage in activities that damage the brand’s reputation.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional methods comply with local laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
4. Affiliate Links and Tracking
- Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link or code.
- Affiliates must use this link or code to direct traffic to the POKBON Marketplace website or Mobile App.
- We are not responsible for tracking failures due to improper link/code usage or user settings.
5. Commissions & Payments
- Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their tracking link or code.
- Commission rates will be communicated upon enrollment and may be updated periodically.
- Payouts are made instantly, subject to their referred company, vendor, manufacturer, or buyer.
- Payments are made via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer.
6. Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- Use PPC ads that bid directly on “POKBON Marketplace” or related brand keywords.
- Create fake promotions, coupons, or unauthorized discount codes.
- Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of POKBON Marketplace.
- Promote on adult, gambling, or illegal websites.
7. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and promotional content provided by POKBON Marketplace.
- Unauthorized alteration or misuse of our brand assets is prohibited.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
- POKBON Marketplace reserves the right to suspend affiliates engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
POKBON Marketplace is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues beyond reasonable control related to the Affiliate Program.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.
